Shelby leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished memories, and an undeniable impact on those whose lives she touched. Her children, Xander McNeal, Brently McNeal, and Scarlette Swan, will forever be reminded of her unwavering dedication as a mother. Her fiancé, Brent McNeal, was by her side throughout their life journey together.

In addition to her immediate family, Shelby is also survived by her mother, Tammie (Rodney) Hardin; brothers, Jim (Tasha) Swan, Jr., Stacey (Crystal) Swan, and Noah Elijah Swan; nieces, Hannah Swan and DD Yeager; nephews, Christopher Swan and CJ Yeager; aunts, uncles, cousins, many other relatives and friends.

Shelby was employed with Diversity Vuteq and was an active member of Faith Assembly of God in Myrtle, MS. Her love for her children, church family, and shopping will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Assembly of God, 1581 County Road 51, Myrtle, MS 38650. A visitation will precede the service from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the same location.
